Reservations

Any reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment, according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation by the customer

More than 48 hours before the activity : no refund. Unless cancellation insurance is taken out.

Less than 48 hours before the activity : no refund.

No-show : no refund.

Cancellation by Oceanika Diving Club

In case of adverse weather conditions, technical or safety reasons, Oceanika Diving Club may cancel or postpone an outing. In this case:

a postponement will be proposed, or

a full refund will be issued if no rescheduling is possible.

Force majeure

In the event of an unforeseen event (cyclone, accident, pandemic, administrative decision, etc.), Oceanika Diving Club cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of performing the service. Depending on the case, a refund or credit note may be offered.

Customer Responsibilities

Each participant must:

be in a physical and medical condition compatible with diving (medical certificate recommended)

present certifications if necessary

respect the safety instructions of the supervisory team

Oceanika Diving Club reserves the right to refuse diving or boarding to any person who does not respect these conditions, without refund.
